The benefits of participating in group exercise with me online :
1) You get a qualified fitness expert at your disposal (me) attending a class is the next best thing to having me as your personal trainer. This makes it a really affordable way to help you achieve your fitness and better body goals!
2) Attending a group exercise class may make you work harder. Studies show that the combination of a teacher encouraging you from the front makes you push harder than if doing so alone.
3) Because I plan all the workouts you donβt have to think about a thing β simply turn up, follow the instructions and enjoy . Workout done!

8 live weekly workouts
Hiit, conditioning, step, legs and glutes, abs , strength and stretch and cardio.
Classes vary from 15 minutes up to 75 minutes depending on how much time you have to train and what equipment you have . All workouts are taught by a fully qualified trainer and can be done with minimal equipment.
