Fantastic end of the tournament now with a win in last match !!!

We participated in this tournament without any preparation & mindset, struggled to keep consistent team, rules & format was different, weather challenge and precious family Sunday time sacrificed by team members, despite of all these odds we managed to complete the tournament with lot of fun, team bonding and learning experience.

I would like to thanks everyone in the squad who participated in this journey and expecting your support going forward as well.

Game 5 : 03 Dec 2023, Vs Kashmir Bradford

We followed the same winning template like last time but this time few unfortunate run outs has turned the game to other side. Its part of game and in this fast pace format this can happen. 30+ runs short can bring too much difference in this type of game which could have done better.

Only thing we need to keep consistent is our commitment and hunger to win. Still we have 4 more games to go so keeping confidence up as a team and trusting ourselves will be the key going forward.

We did well today with great honest effort and I am proud of my team.

We jumped to 7th place from 10th in points table after 1st win. Keep going guys!!!

Game 4 : 26th Nov 2023, Vs EA Sultans

As I mentioned last time about regularity and consistency will be the key to winning the game and we proved that today as a team. It's a champion like performance today in all the departments and we converted the result comprehensively this time in our favor.

I believe as team we got the taste of winning the game, understood the role of individuals, formulated the winning strategy and utilized everyone's strength.

There is always a room for improvement and will improve more again next time as well. Its just a matter of compete with ourselves and show the better version of ourselves again and again in this tournament which will help us to climb every possible ladder in the points table.
