A week in an all inclusive and I managed to maintain my weight 😱
This wasn’t my goal, I wouldn’t have been bothered if I did put on weight, a holiday is for enjoying, not worrying about the scales
BUT I think the fact I focused on these 5 things 👆🏼, to make sure I was feeling my best, was the reason I did manage to maintain my weight
Everyone chooses to approach holidays differently, but for me, sticking to simple habits is a must to get the most out of my holiday
Save this post for your next holiday if you want to focus on a few things to help you feel your best
Please don’t worry if the scales do go up after a holiday, it’s no biggie, it will mostly just be water retention and will soon come down after getting back to normal routine 🙌
