Yesterday I received this beauty, I'm now proud to be a certified Pilates Instructor.
I've been teaching Pilates for 7 years now so didn't really need to do this. However, I'd planned to do this years ago but having to travel for it & having 3 little ones made it impossible. Thank you Covid for bringing in virtual exams!
It was really good to revise all the theory and research again and be reminded over and over of how amazing Pilates is for so different conditions and populations.
All the hard work paid off & I passed!

I love how acupuncture can make such a huge difference so quickly.
This morning my husband was complaining about his big toe hurting (he has OA in it) so I offered to do some acupuncture....his pain went from 7/10 to 0/10 when walking with a quick 20 minute treatment! Just like magic!
