Busy couple of weeks for the boys, and lots of fun has been had!

Unfortunately, we were knocked out in the semi-finals on penalties at the Laund Hill tournament, but the boys were amazing and should be incredibly proud of themselves.

We then had our end-of-season presentation afternoon, which was really special for both the boys and the coaches, recognising how far they've come this season and celebrating all of their achievements.

The boys are being treated to an end-of-season party to celebrate a fantastic season, and it's a chance for the parents and coaches to let their hair down too before the summer tournaments begin.

What a season, what a team!

The friendships and bonds these boys have built through their love of football have been incredible to watch. Whether they’ve been with the team for years or joined midway through the season, every single player has got stuck in, trained hard, supported each other and grown massively — not just as footballers, but as teammates too.

This season has brought some fantastic wins, huge improvements in confidence and skill, and memories the boys will carry with them for a long time. Their teamwork, determination and attitude have helped them move up through the groups and keep pushing towards their goals all season long.

We finish the season with a draw, but what a way to end an amazing year. The team also celebrated winning their first tournament — a massive achievement and fully deserved!
The football doesn’t stop there either, with summer tournaments kicking off next week at Elland Road.

A huge thank you to the coaches for all the time, effort and dedication you put into the boys week in, week out. Your support, patience and commitment has helped every player develop both on and off the pitch, and it’s massively appreciated by the boys.
