💚 Why not join me for Sangha this Sunday 27th September, 10.00-13.00, at Old Park Meadow, near Great Dunmow. A few spaces left and all welcome. No yoga experience required. 💚

The theme is The Practice of Letting Go — inspired by the beautiful yogic principle of Aparigraha, or non-grasping.

🍁 As we move into autumn, we'll explore the idea of gently releasing some of what we may be carrying — whether that's tension in the body, old stories, expectations, worries or the need to keep doing!

We'll enjoy a simple and nourishing morning of:
✨ Meaningful yoga
✨ Breathwork
✨ A little yogic philosophy
✨ Reflection
✨ Deep relaxation
✨ Time to pause and simply be
