Help to strengthen and tone your body during pregnancy in a range of yoga poses designed to support you and your baby and prepare the body for labour. Come along to child birth preparation classes where you and your partner can develop effective natural pain relief techniques. Or maybe take the chance to catch up with old friends and meet new ones at baby yoga, where we have fun with music, massage and movement and at the same time start to repair the newly post-natal body.
