CAPTAIN ANNOUNCEMENT

We’re excited to have James leading the Men’s 1st XV as captain for a second year at West Park Leeds RUFC.

Since joining the club, James has played a huge part in the development and success of the team, always leading by example on and off the pitch. We’re hoping to replicate that success and build on it throughout the 26/27 season.

Here’s what James had to say:

"I'm James, the first team captain for this 26/27 season. I am going into my third season with the club, it's been great to be part of the development of the team over the last two seasons, and I believe that this season we have something special that will be able to challenge for promotion.

I'm looking forward to playing against the new teams that have been added to the league and the different challenges it will bring, as well as the new bus trips they add.”

Two years as captain. One big season ahead.
