Reformers are here !!
We will be releasing the timetable for Reformer pilates classes soon but would like to know what times and days clients would like classes .
We will be offering smaller groups until. the new space is completed which I am also excited to say construction is well under way !
Classes will be a max of four until we are in the new space.and I am also offering reformer PT for 1-1 ,
2-1 or a small private group lesson.
Please comment with days and times suggestions and we will do our best to accommodate

🍃 Feeling thankful at The Ridge Retreat 🍃
As I took a moment with a cup of tea last night appreciating the warmth of the sun, beautiful surroundings, the symphony of birds singing and watching the butterflies on the buddIeia I remind myself how lucky I am to work and live in the beauty of my surroundings and the view to which I never tire .
Movement is medicine they say and I whole heartedly agree, my vision of a space at the spa to encourage movement became a reality this week with the launch of our first session timetable and PT services .
Even though our temporary space is just that “temporary “ what we have created has brought even me an enormous sense of pride, calm and peace and I am grateful to say that my lovely clients both current and new feel the same .
Finding the balance in life is a challenge to us all but I feel our little haven of wellness is a place to find just that and I end the week feeling excited for the future but truly blessed and thankful to you all ❤️

We will soon be closing this page and combining everything with The Ridge Retreat and Spa page and Instagram pages . As we progress creating our haven of wellness and well being we will be sharing everything new and of interest both for Fitness and with the spa.
