Who is behind AP Personal Training? Me, Alicia. I have been a qualified PT for 7 years! The reason I got into fitness was because from the age of 7 I have played cricket and eventually got to a high standard meaning there was a lot of pressure to be fit and strong, if you wasn't there was always someone else who could replace you. I know how it feels to compare yourself to other people, I have done it for years! But this is exactly why I love what I do, I pride myself in how I help people achieve their goals and get them to where they want to be! Not so they can compare themselves to someone else but so they can feel like they are more than capable to do whatever they put their mind to! Thank you! AP 🥰
