I’ve got 2 lovely ladies ready to get started on a 7 week block and I’m looking for 2 more beginners to join us!

This is perfect if you’ve been wanting to start but don’t know where to begin. I’ll teach you how to use weights safely and confidently – skills you can take away to train independently after the block, or continue building on in future blocks.
A friendly, no-pressure space to get stronger, fitter and feel good. £15 per session / £105 for the block / £30 deposit to secure your space.

Today I completed my Nutrition Essentials for Fitness Professionals training from .uk and it covered so much — from nutrition basics and eating behaviours to supplementation, sports nutrition for exercise and recovery, personalised nutrition, behaviour change, and even a dive into popular diets.
What I love about nutrition is that it’s never one-size-fits-all. Understanding the science is important, but so is understanding people, habits, and what’s realistic in everyday life.
And the more I learn, the more I realise there’s still so much more I want to dive into.
Always learning so I can support my clients even better. 💪
