A great Sunday session of wheelchair rugby with the Ospreys Juniors at our base, Pencoed Comp.
These juniors are little superstars and really showing the skills they've picked up over the last couple of months, consistency is key.

A/PS Sparkes and PCSO Rees from the neighbourhood policing team attended Pencoed Comprehensive School to engage with the Ospreys Junior Wheelchair Rugby team, supporting an inclusive sporting environment and promoting positive community relationships.

Following the training session, officers distributed Easter eggs and chocolates to the young players. The visit formed part of our ongoing commitment to recognising and celebrating the diversity within our communities, ensuring that all young people feel valued, included, and supported.

Ospreys in the Community

It was a brilliant Easter Sunday session at Ospreys Junior Wheelchair rugby this week with members from the South Wales Police Community engagement team in attendance bringing chocolate for the juniors which was very much appreciated.

A great session again! Loads of fun on Sunday with our Ospreys Juniors. Practicing their tackling, plenty of game play and bulldogs to finish off is always a favourite.
Every Sunday 3pm at Pencoed Comp, anyone is welcome ages 7-18, all equipment supplied.🦽🏉🙌🖤

Another great session of wheelchair rugby last Sunday with our juniors. We had a bit of fun this week and pitted 16 of our juniors against "Big Mike" to see if they had the strength to push Mike backwards in their rugby wheelchairs. It was an immense battle with the juniors just pipping it.
That was some other worldly strength shown by "Big Mike" displaying that hard work pays off.
