Some meals from this week ✨
- Steak, garlic mash (with skin 😬), steamed veggies
- Cheddar and pepper omelette with Greek yogurt, chia seeds, seeds mix and fruits
- Beef and courgette meatballs with wholewheat fusilli and broccoli
- Cajun prawns with rice, avocado, chilli and mango salsa and sautéed peppers and courgette
- Thai basil chicken mince with rice and sautéed vegetables
I find myself talking about meal prepping almost every week with clients. These meals might look a bit elaborate, but they all took me less than 20 minutes and I use a repeat of ingredients throughout the week to reduce the guess work and waste.
Write a list of your staples and keep it in your notes. Find ways to use your favourite proteins and veggies in different ways 😎
An hour of meal prep will save you a lot of headaches during a busy week.

A massive congratulations 🥳 to my client for completing the Brighton Marathon!
This is such a huge accomplishment and she worked hard for months prior to prepare for this big day!
I am not sure I was always her best friend during the process (side planks 😜), but I’m glad Lydia trusted me with her bespoke, running-focused strength training programme over these last few months.
I’ve really enjoyed watching her navigate weight training, nutrition and proper fuelling for endurance exercise and breaking in her beloved Brooks trainers 😂🫶🏻
I am looking forward to seeing what race she’s planning to sign up for next!

Client testimonials speak volumes about the power of personalized fitness coaching. The truth is, fitness IS personal. Your trainer should understand your unique needs - knowing when to push you, when to offer encouragement, and when to remind you that rest and setbacks are okay.
If you're struggling to stay motivated or find a workout routine that sticks, consider investing in a personal trainer. While your journey with them doesn’t have to last forever (unless you want it to!), it can have a lasting impact on your fitness journey.
Thank you to my amazing clients for trusting me and joining me on this journey!

It’s time for a re-introduction! 👋🏼
Don’t mind the funny accent you hear when you come by for your first session. I was born and raised in Philly 🇺🇸 I have lived in the UK for nearly a decade now - which is crazy to me!
I have been personal training for a little over 3 years after making a career switch from a registered nurse. I was a nurse in the US for 7 years and I had a few different jobs within nursing from palliative care to neurosurgical intensive care.
Chances are you might meet my (not so) little ones if you train with me - they love to open the door and greet my clients 🙈
Fitness has always been a part of my life - I played lacrosse in school and have run quite a few 5-10-21kms over the years. I’ve only recently started really enjoying resistance training - it has changed my fitness game for the better 💪🏼
My clients describe me as approachable and friendly, but I’ll never miss out on a chance to add weight or reps to your sets. I’ll push you without making it too obvious or impossible. Shouting, burpees and “no excuses” are not my vibe.
Last year I qualified as an exercise referral specialist, so I’m able to safely work with clients that have medical conditions requiring careful monitoring and programming. I love working with these clients because they’re determined to better their health and not let a diagnosis stop them 💪🏼
Drop me a message if you’re planning to start a fitness journey and you think I might be able to help!
