Feeling sluggish after the festive period? You donβt need big resolutions, just 5 easy win moves can help you feel more energised!
π€π½ Sit to stand squats. You can even do it watching telly x 5
π€π½ Deep Breaths. Think about a ballon inflating fully and deflating as you breathe in and out. In through your nose and out through your nose if you can x 5
π€π½ Cat stretches on all fours x 5
π€π½ Standing Quad stretches - holding your ankle and drawing your heel towards your bottom - 15-30 seconds
π€π½ Standing lunge as above in the photo. Lift your breastbone forwards and up as you reach your arms up x 3 on each side
