🌳If you are looking for something to do tomorrow there are is still time to book onto our nature connection and self-discovery workshop.
🌺 It is taking place at the beautiful Hillside Wellness outdoor studio in Nutley, from 13.30-17.30. 🤞 The weather is on our side but if not there is a lovely bell tent we can use to stay cosy.
🔥 We will spend time outside, understanding more about our relationship to the four elements, experience the four shields connection model and enjoy a nourishing EcoNidra guided meditation - a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Are you experiencing physical symptoms linked to burnout or psychological distress?

Would you like to join a supportive group to share stories, insights and explore the healing potential of nature and nature connection?

I am a psychotherapist and ecotherapist and am planning a 6 week group on a Tuesday from the 31st October at 12pm for a light shared lunch and walk together in the woods. Take some time out for yourself after a busy Summer and join us on the 10th September for the next Nature. Nurture. Rewild event in Brighton.

This one day event starts with yoga and lunch in our village hall, then a walk across the downs to the beach for a swim in the sea, before returning to the hall for nature table discussions, indoor fire and evening meal. Just £65 early bird tickets

Thank you to our most recent participants for another great Nature Nurture Rewild day last weekend. It was so glorious to spend part of the day in nature and also to unwind and destress at our village hall with relaxing yoga and delicious home cooked food.

A treat on the day was meeting baby pigs, lambs, rabbits and lots of bumble bees on our walk across the Tye, oh and Ellie rescued a wood pigeon that had got into difficulty near the pond.

We had great conversations and energy together, and all of our participants gave positive feedback at the end of the day. 🌲🌿❤️

We had an amazing day for our March and June Nature. Nurture. Rewild event.

Our next date is Saturday 10th September and we still have some tickets at £65 for the days activities including lunch and evening meal.

We start the day at our village hall in Telescombe Village setting our intentions and with a relaxing and restorative yoga session, followed by a lovely lunch and glorious home made cake.

After lunch we set off on a beautiful walk to the beach, connecting with nature and each other, and allowing ourselves to be present in the moment and able to just be.

At the beach we can relax and enjoy the warmth of the sun, or have a dip in the sea.

We then make our way back to the hall for more beautiful and nourishing food chanting and chatting around an indoor fire.

All of our previous participants gave glowing feedback about the day and enjoyed both the flow and structure of activities and the lovely warm, relaxing and fun atmosphere of the day.

The untouched South Downs village that's cut off from most surrounding areas Gorham's Lane is the only public road in and out of the village

We have a limited number of tickets available for our next nature.nurture.rewild event on the 18th June.

The day starts with a group session to get to know each other and set our intentions for the day, followed by a yoga session and then lunch.

After lunch we enjoy a lovely meandering walk across the South Downs countryside to the coast for a swim and visit to our Beach Hut.

During the walk we connect with nature and explore the connection between coast and countryside.

After the beach visit we walk back to our village hall for home cooked vegan food and to warm up around our indoor fire.

There will be further yoga and/or chanting and a chance to review the day.
