๐ A quick update for this evening's classes...
It's my birthday today, and Maeve and Marion are taking me out for dinner, so I've decided to take the evening off and enjoy some family time.
Both classes will be covered by John, so you're in great hands this evening.
I'll be back teaching as normal tomorrow.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for everyoneโs patience over the past week ๐
I unfortunately missed a couple of classes due to illness, which has lingered a little longer than Iโd hoped.
Huge thanks as well to the cover teachers who stepped in at only a few hoursโ notice to help keep everything running smoothly ๐
Iโm on the mend now and teaching this eveningโs Dance Fitness class as normal. I do need to run off straight afterwards though, so Iโve arranged cover for Yoga.
Iโm really pleased that Suzy has kindly offered to take the class. Many of you will already know her from attending Yoga, Dance Fitness and Circuits classes regularly. Sheโs a great fit for the atmosphere I try to create โ teaching compassionately, with a very community-centred approach ๐งโโ๏ธ
At the moment Iโm planning to teach all other classes as normal this week.

Quick reminder โ Monday 25 May is a Bank Holiday, so there will be no classes running that day and you wonโt see sessions available to book on the website or Fit by Wix app.
Iโd also really appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete my updated PAR-Q (Physical Activity Questionnaire) form if you havenโt already done so.

Iโm moving this process online so that emergency contact and health information is easier for me to access if itโs ever needed. Iโve also removed the Google account restriction, so everyone should now be able to complete it easily.

Quick Updates
Just a heads-up โ next Monday is a Bank Holiday, so there are no classes that day.

Class Updates
Just a quick heads-up about a couple of dates coming up.
There will be no classes on Friday 3 April or Monday 6 April due to the Bank Holidays, so those sessions wonโt appear on the booking system.
Iโll also be taking a short break in April. Cover teachers will be running classes from Tuesday 14 April to Friday 17 April, so everything will continue as normal while Iโm away.
Iโll confirm the cover instructors a little closer to the time.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the Fatto A Mano gift ๐๐ท
We had a brilliant meal โ and yes, I was very much off-brand in this moment, lifting a slice of pizza in one hand and a glass of wine in the other instead of any actual weights ๐
Really touched by the gesture. Itโs a joy to teach such a thoughtful and generous community.

Missed a spot in class? Donโt give up just yet! ๐
โจ I release 2 extra places every morning at 8am for each class that day โ perfect if your plans change or you didnโt manage to book early.
๐ฌ Plus, about 10% of clients cancel, often the night before or same-day โ so itโs always worth checking back.
If youโve booked but canโt make it, please email me as soon as you know โ even if itโs within the 12-hour window. If I can fill your spot, Iโll credit the session back to your account.
