14 HOURS TO GO. ❤️💚🖤
At this point, the planning is nearly done, the crates are here, the race numbers have arrived, the goodie bags are being packed and tomorrow we finally get to see all of it come together.
BTT London is about so much more than swim, bike, run.
It’s about people trying something new.
People doing something they never thought was for them.
People volunteering their time.
People standing on the sidelines and cheering somebody else on.
And if you’ve only just found us — you can still be part of tomorrow.
You can race.
You can volunteer.
You can come and cheer.
You can share our posts.
You can simply follow along and support what we’re building.
However you show up, it matters.
14 hours to go. Tomorrow, we Try a Ting. 🏊🏾♀️🚴🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️

If this Trial Reel has landed on your page and you’ve never heard of The Black Tri Tribe before… welcome. ❤️💚🖤
Tomorrow we’re putting on BTT London 2026, and what you see on race day is only a tiny part of what it takes to get there.
The crates.
The swimming lessons.
The travelling.
The goodie bags.
The volunteers.
The people cheering from the sidelines.
It all matters.
And you do NOT need to already be a BTT member or follower to join us. You can still sign up.
But you also don’t have to race to support BTT.
A follow helps.
A like helps.
A comment helps.
Sharing this with somebody helps.
Volunteering helps.
Coming down and making some noise for our participants helps.
Sometimes supporting community sport is simply choosing to show up for someone else.
If this is your first time finding us, say hi in the comments. 👋🏾
We asked a few in our community what BTT means to them and this is the response.
Our next event is the London triathlon 5th September. What if you came along to check us out for yourself?
Meet Chris Cooke 🏊♂️
We all carry fears born from different experiences — for Chris, his is open water. He's a strong pool swimmer, no problem going up and down. But something shifts when he's in open water, and that's exactly what he's working to overcome.
His goal? The London Classics — a three-part endurance challenge: a 100-mile bike ride, a marathon walk, and a 2-mile swim at the Serpentine. Chris has already conquered the bike and the walk. The swim is the final piece — and it's the one that takes the most courage.
That's what Black Tri Tribe is here for — not just training, but a community that makes the hard part feel possible.
What could an encouraging community help you overcome? 💛
