Its not about today
What you do today
Might not feel like it holds a great deal of significance
The gym sessions
The nutrition
The movement
The graft…
But thats the first thought you might have
Never are we training for today or even tomorrow
Were making progress for the future..
Its about chasing those small daily wins
So that after a week
A month
A year
Youll be able to look back and see all those ticked boxes
That felt as though they werent important…
All stacked together, in the form of some progress.
Exactly the same circumstance with my client, Tom.
We’ve had multiple phases we’ve smashed out the park.
We’ve adjusted the approach when necessary, ensuring we have an action plan when needed.
Tom turns up, smashes his gym sessions, and its no coincidence that I share this interesting stat…
Start weight - 147lb
Current weight - 170lb
I mean,
The visuals are unreal…
But to see that hes over 10kg heavier..
Ticking the boxes daily with perserverance and patience, really does pay.
Well done mate!
Send me a direct messege through here if you want to make progress

There’s got to be something seriously wrong..
It just doesnt happen
Well
First up
Listen, youre not broken
Dont panic
The chances are, you just havent found the approach that works best for you.
I think a lot of us are very quick to come to the conclusion that somethings wrong
The conclusion that not much will work
In reality
You’ve probably either been trying a method which isnt sustainable
Isn’t the best method suited to you
Or even been in a position where you havent allowed time to make progress
Potentially, even a concoction of the above…
Whether its losing body fat
Building muscle
They both take time
They both come with ups and downs
They come with their own challenges
But inevitably
Persistance always pays in a number of ways..
Lets get it

Never judge a book by its cover
But
Judge yourself by your actions…
Give yourself evidence.
If you think to yourself, I’m being lazy, are your actions reflecting that?
If you think you haven’t been as on it with your life choices, does your evidence reflect that?
Think of these things of backing up what you’re wanting to achieve.
You want to get fitter? Give yourself evidence to back that desire up.
You want to feel less lazy? Do things which make you feel productive and fitter
You want to continue to feel the way you feel now?
Then of course, dont give yourself any evidence and potentially feel as though your in that cycle.
The thing is
I know its easier said than done
But its the best way to think to yourself and be genuine
Am I doing all I can?
Or
Is there areas that I can change?
Be firm & honest with yourself, but dont give yourself a hard time.
There’s a massive difference…
Once you accept that things could be better
Thats the first step to seeing change and pushing yourself…

How did he do it?
20kg down…!
By all accounts
It’s worth saying at this point, that Jamie is like many of us when it comes to his lifestyle
Runs a business, busy family life, has lots going on around him
That doesn’t make him unique in that sense..
(Although, he is a legend)
What it does mean for him, that regardless of all of the other things going on around him
He’s still been able to push himself to make it happen
Now there are a few things that help when it comes to managing life being ‘life’ as well as making positive changes
It comes down to having a plan
Not only for the gym, but with nutrition too
Alot of us can find ourselves winging it, guessing, procrastinating…
In essence leading to one thing…
WASTING time
Yes hes been busy
But he has still been able to show up…
• Still been held accountable
• Still able to manage his nutrition
• Still checked in weekly
• Still able to get himself to the gym
• Still able to use exercise as an outlet!
It’s also worth noting that, Jamie is someone who didn’t love the gym, for quite some time.
However, that’s now changed which I love to see.
He’s now someone that not only enjoys it, but reaps the rewards for getting there
Now also 20kg lighter, he feels the best he ever has and it’s really given him a new lease of life.
Absolutely buzzing with that… Smashed it mate!
Now
I get it
The first steps hard
But if youre ready for change, im ready for it.

We will get the show on the road…

What if told you,..?
.You dont need to feel stuck
When me and Dan first spoke, there was a common theme
How he felt his habits were
And there was other habits that were taking priority over his mental/physical wellbeing.
I think these habits became a bit of a comfort blanket or even a coping mechanism for Dan
It can feel like a minefield when it comes to making changes for yourself.
Where you feel like so much needs to change
It’s overwhelming.
However, it can really be simplified with the right support and approach.
Where do you start?
The best place to start, is by taking the first step in front of you.
We had a chat, we got the ball rolling.
We first of all planned everything
Being certain to remove the guessing.
We mapped out the plans for the future set some goals
Aimed very high in terms of what he wanted to acheive.
We gave him clear objectives and plans with his nutrition, training, movement and mindset.
Gave him daily/weekly targets which all contributed towards his health, wellbeing and fitness.
And of course
The biggest thing?
He had my support.
So from here it was a case of finding pockets of time and opportunities to incorporate these positive changes.
And here we have it, the result of great work and my guidance .
This one always gets me so excited because I know how far hes come.
And very proud of myself for helping, but even prouder of Dan.
If you want results like Dan to removing the guessing inbetween
Fill out the link in my bio, I’ll be in touch 🤝

Wanting to feel confident
Isn’t too much to ask for, is it?
Of course not
It’s always within reach
The thing is, a lot of people think it will be daunting
Crazy fads
Crazy amounts of cardio
Being boring
Dreading it all
But it isn’t like that
Because it doesn’t need to be
Client Emily, was a prime example of all of those things.
Unreal changes made, all within and around her lifestyle
Without any crazy approaches or methods
Confidence is round the corner, and if this is something you want to speak about
Head to the link in my bio and we will have a chat

New PB down Brighton!
Always a strange one, starts out challenging, then gets a little easier mid way through, then ups and downs from there.
For the record, I’m running a marathon, I’m not a marathon runner, or a runner for that matter.
I’m sure it goes without saying, the shadow boxing is 100% serious.. Tyson Fury now retired? Coincidence? Doubt it
Love, 6 weeks to go x

If its done right
It can be something which is with you for life
I do get a fair amount of messages about how past clients have benefitted from the time working with me.
A very very very serious message, which I take a great deal of pride in how things have been handled my end.
This is where true coaching comes in.
Never a one size fits all.
Very much so personalised to the person, their desired approach and their lifestyle
The goal is to continue to impact those in a positive way, in every way I can.
Very very grateful for how I can help people not only develop physically, but mentally too…
And when it’s done right, it is something that you have for life.
📌 I have spaces open for online coaching, head to my bio and we will have a catch up.
Let’s get it.

Come on Eileen…
Nine times out of ten, as with any goal
We want to get from A to B.
Whether thats with losing bodyfat
Going to the gym
Running
Eating cleaner
We align ourself with that goal and actively take steps towards it.
We become very much so focussed on getting there.
Then all of a sudden, were met with challenges.
Cravings, hunger, hard workouts, change of habits
All of these things.
Something I think is very important.
Is learning to embrace these things
Learning to step up to the plate, and lean into it and use it.
Now its all a matter of perspective
If we look at challenges and what they can do for us
We know that with these things, there comes reward
So,
Youre hungry and trying to lose bodyfat, let that be a sign that you’re in a deficit.
Your running and its getting harder and harder - Is it getting harder or are you running further, pushing your limits and getting fitter each time?
Your cravings are high, because you’ve been adhering to your diet well.
All of these things all come down to perspective.
If your working hard, staying focussed, its to be expected…
Consider the challenges as a very good sign of things doing exactly what they should.
So many things you can take from a slight shift in perspective

Very happy with that.
Good day on the feet
Most I’ve ever ran, decent pace too.
I’ll be honest, I’m leaning into things now
It’s going to be hard, it’s going to be tough to get out sometimes
But that means we’re progressing.
No one’s forcing me to, I have the choice to this and push myself, my mind and my body for a good cause.
But in all honesty, I’m looking forward to the progress and pushing myself week on week.
It’s a complete new way of training for me, but, we’re getting after it.
When it gets tough, I’m telling myself, it’s the 8th rep.. The 8th rep is hard, it’s tough. That’s me rationalising it in my head, comparing it to my usual training.
But you push on through it
Happy Sunday
Big love
