Haven’t posted many cakes here lately.. too much ‘real’ work taking up my time. But this one for my lovely niece stole my heart and definitely deserves a spot on the grid! Don’t they look gorgeous (cake and bride!) ❤️ One tier lemon with curd, one tier Vicky sandwich with strawberry compote and obligatory chocolate fudge. Beautiful gyp from . Super yum! And we managed to get it from Brighton to Powys in one piece! 😊
