The ZERO DEFECTS mindset is not about being perfect. It’s about identifying the gaps in your strength and working on them.
When I think I’m tired I’ll naturally take the option of sitting back and doing nothing. I’m working on shifting that default setting.
So today after my night shift, tired and ready for bed, I started my endurance training for the Toubkal climb in May.
14 miler, Lancing to Ditchling Beacon.
This is not a paid promotion but there’s two bits of kit I take with me whatever terrain I’m facing;

They are well built and simply do the job. They go on any hike with me and I wouldn’t be without them.

Update… I know you’re all waiting for T-Shirts to become available and your enthusiasm has been amazing. So.. in order to release a few lines and choices of Tee’s we are waiting until January to release our first batch. This will give you all a lot more choice of sizes and designs.
