Well done everyone who trained at the Portslade Sports Centre weapons refresher class today. The lesson covered Hanshi’s Gibson’s Jo staff combat kata and Sai either a refresher on Ni Cho Sai or learning Pinan Yodan with Sai, finishing up with pair work Jo staff versus Sai everyone trained really hard learning new techniques and improving their skills
