An afternoon, of explorative gentle flowing yoga with Danny followed by a restful sound bath led by Bev. Tea and a treat and natter to finish... A wonderful way to close the weekend and clear the mind before Monday.

I have been teaching in and around Seven Dials for over 10 years now. in the evening and in the day.

Classes are relaxed, fun and suitable for everybody. With a ecelectic playlists and inspiring sequences suitable for all.

We said goodbye to this beautiful soul yesterday. She has been amazing, right to the end, even when in pain. It’s been a hard four months for her and had adjusted to having her leg amputed. She has touched so many peoples hearts ♥️ along the way. We will miss her so much but at the same feel so privileged to have had such a wonderful addition to our family. It will be strange adjusting from 5 to 4.
The first picture is only a couple of days ago and the second 10 years ago yesterday when we picked her ( or she picked us.
