So when a TikTok video says people over 200 pounds shouldn’t do Pilates — it’s not just wrong, it’s harmful.
Pilates was never meant to exclude. It was created to heal, to empower, and to bring strength to every body.
If you have a body, you can do Pilates. And don’t let anyone (especially on the internet) convince you otherwise.
