It’s been a minute… but we’re here.
Welcome to Evolve Fitness Collective.
You might remember I shared a little while ago that change was coming, and now it’s official. The new name. The new look. The next chapter.
Roar Movement was such a special space; one that helped people (myself included) rediscover the joy of movement, build better habits and feel strong in themselves. That mission isn’t going anywhere. It’s just evolving.
Evolve Fitness Collective is about continuing that work, supporting your health, your fitness, your mindset. And yes, we'll also be sharing more content for fellow personal trainers who want to build something meaningful too.

This feels bittersweet to say, but Roar Movement, my baby and passion project, is evolving. 🩵
When I started Roar Movement, I wanted to create a space that empowered women to find their own way to move - to explore, feel strong, build better habits, and ultimately feel happy and healthy in their own skin. It’s been an incredible journey, and I am so proud of the community we’ve built together.
But like anything in life, we grow, we change, and sometimes, we need to evolve.
This is why I’m transitioning to Evolve Fitness Collective, a new chapter that brings together everything I’ve learned, my passion for helping others, and a bigger vision for the future. This isn’t goodbye to the heart of Roar Movement; it’s a step forward to include even more people, more ideas, and more ways to grow.
Thank you for being here with me through it all. I hope you’ll continue this journey with me as we evolve together. Stay tuned for the big changes coming soon. 🩵
