Well THAT was a lot 😅✨ in no particular order (and not matching up with carousel either..!)

Elderflower Fields with Izzy and , Mac’s Farm, joining and /s fab sesh, having a good old boogie to and DJs AND celebrating 8 years of me and Ben 🥹 (we got together at Spiegeltent to BurntToast on the last day of the fest eight years ago so we had to relive that didn’t we 🥲🥰). Also all the half term chaos (lido! fam! Visit from bezzie, pier! Brighton Fest! Fisher’s Farm Park on a surprise inset day today 😅)

It has been SO much hot fun and quite exhausting too 😂💛

But nothing resets the soul like getting back in the room with our people though 💃

Also also my partner in crime and whine Leanne was here for it all (well most of it) and is simply the best ❤️

This week we ain’t doing much dancing as it’s half term, plus this heat is a bit much innit… buuut next Wednesday is the next stop in our parkbop tour and we’re at the Bandstand (oooh!) 7-8pm Wednesday 3rd June, silent disco headsets from our buddies .. free dancing plus routines to the best of tunes in this most idealic of settings.

It won’t be as hot as this week, it will be just right (working on manifesting skillz). We have limited tickets as there is limited space so do book!

We also have a photographer () who’d love to snap us putting out all the joy (although if you’d rather not be snapped that’s all good too..)

What a weekend at 🌸☀️

We ran the dance workshops alongside the wonderful and and our DJ Gk369 who absolutely bladdy rocked it. Pure joy from start to finish.

It was BURNING hot 🥵 - the kids and adults who danced and played with us did so freaking well considering. A lot of shade and water was involved!

Loved every single second of this collab. More of that please. 🫶

Very happy to be home in a comfortable bed and out of that hot tent though - everything melted, including my fave lipstick… 😅

Ooh we had a lil photoshoot and rehearsal for our dance takeover this weekend and I just had to share the pics!

I have so much love and respect for these humans. I love our solidarity and camaraderie, I love building each other up, collaborating and spreading our joy together. Our mission is to get people dancing because it does magical things for you (I reckon you know that though!) so the more people we can reach with that the better!

Plus here is my right hand girl Leanne, whose Mumrave class is Tuesdays in Patcham (which is tonight!) and often you get both of us there for that, plus Mondays at and Friday mornings we JoyBop at Hove Lagoon.

And we have an extra special session tomorrow night (Wednesday) on Hove Lawns 7-8pm with sets, which is the next stop on our ParkBop tour.

The world is heavy and today it’s raining, but dance will always help. Let in more of the good and give it out 🫶♥️🫶

Lush time at open day yesterday (despite the weather being naughty..!) 🌿

Loveliest of vibes at the loveliest of farm. We went cheesy and pulled out some classics for the families 😎

Also got to finally meet the wonderful .songs in person - my new insta bestie! We talk about human rights and joy in equal measure.
