Fitness can be fun! I haven’t posted in a while so time for an update! The last couple of months I havnt been working out much and went on holiday with a plan to try new things! I havnt tried paddle boarding before so we thought we would give it a go! Great fun! Working muscles I didn’t even know I had 🤔😂 so this is your reminder to just have fun with your fitness 💪🏻
