Summer Hooping México Sessions 2020

Had an amazing weekend at
Summer Hooping México hula hoop festival. 14 hours of hooping over 2 days...its fair to say my energy was dipping by the end of day 1

So this week i have been playing around hoping to one of my favourite bands, the amazing during these strange times i really find hooping helps me stay sane and increases my positivity. As does listening to this band. Their music triggers something inside me and i cant help but get on my feet and boogie with a smile no matter where i am😁💃

New decade equals new adventure. So im really excited to be collaborating with the wonderful Hoop deDee.

So tomorrows the last hoop session of the yearExeter Street Hall. Whether you're a hooping pro or you've never hooped before come along and hoop youself happy. We will have lots of hoops, christmas tunes and maybe even some mince pies.🎄🎶🎵
