The Cake Shed is now CLOSED

A big thank you to everyone who popped by and picked up some treats today, I hope you enjoyed every bite!

I’ve ended the weekend with just 6 items left. Not quite the sell-out I was hoping for and definitely my quietest weekend in a very long time, but you can’t win them all! 😅

I’ll dust myself off and be back again FRIDAY with the shed restocked and ready to go

After next weekend, the shed will be closed for a week while I renew some training and get a few customer orders sorted.

Slow and steady wins the race… and I SOLD OUT at the last minute! 🙌 Whoop whoop!

RASPBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE SPONGE

This one deserves a LOT more attention…

A soft vanilla sponge packed with raspberries, layered with fluffy white chocolate buttercream and a generous helping of raspberry conserve.

Then I finish it with even more white chocolate buttercream, white chocolate chips and dried raspberries.

Sweet, creamy, fruity and just the right amount of tart from those raspberries. 🤤

Raspberry + white chocolate = an elite combination.
