Little Lions
This class is structured for 4-6 year olds, to help them develop life skills by concentrating on areas such as self-esteem, discipline, confidence and self-awareness, while having lots of fun. It is great preparation for the Junior class and a fantastic start to their TKD future. Juniors
These classes are designed for children between the age of 7 and 12 years old. The Junior syllabus includes Patterns, Linework, Set Sparring, Fitness, Self Defence, Sparring, Breaking and Theory. They will be taught in a child-friendly manner and have lots of fun, while maintaining the discipline and etiquette required. The Adult TKD syllabus includes Patterns, Linework, Set Sparring, Fitness, Self Defence, Sparring, Breaking and Theory. It will be taught in more depth than the Juniors.
