I’m here to let you know that I’m hosting a gentle nervous system support session on Zoom, created for anyone who’s been feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or stuck in stress mode lately.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing relaxation.
It’s about slowing down, feeling safer in your body, and giving your nervous system what it actually needs.
Here’s what’s included…
✨ Gentle movement and stretches you can do on low energy days.
✨ Simple pranayama (breathwork) to relax the nervous system.
✨ Guided meditation with distanced Reiki healing for soothing and deep relaxation.

Hey friends 👋
I’ve been a bit quieter on socials this month, January has asked me to slow right down and take stock 🤍
There have been some intense SEND parenting challenges that have felt a lot. I’ve cried many tears - some from exhaustion, some sad and some happy. I’ve also had some incredibly proud parent moments too ☺️
I’m also moving through a business audit that’s been deeply powerful, reflective and spiritual. It’s taking a lot of time to process and effectively overhaul everything - but it’s getting there and I’m excited about it ✨
So, this month has been about tending to myself when I can: baths, body care, yoga, meditation, supplements, sleep. All the things that support wellbeing ✨
A very inward January after a busy and very social December 💃🏻and honestly, it’s been necessary 🙏

Things look a little different in December. Most classes are on, but there are some changes (see above!). A few cancellations, a couple of time changes and some special classes ✨

Yoga Nidra 8pm-9.30pm - A sankalpa (heart felt resolve) setting/renewal session and deeply relaxing meditation. Perfect just before we kick off the new calendar year.

Online classes with Unify! Join our lovely little community, connect with me and feel the benefits of a variety of movement, meditation and breathing practice ✨
I created this time table and these classes to optimise physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing, whilst bearing in mind that many of us are time bound and need to slot these practices into the working day.
I have put many hours of research and practice into developing a holistic blend for our community that will strengthen the body, promote mobility, flexibility, release stress and bring a sense of joy and inner sparkle.
It’s about the now, and it’s also about future-proofing. Do you want to be able to run about and throw your grandchildren around or live an independent life as the years progress? Hell yeah 🙌
Not to toot my own horn..but I’m gonna…people who practice with me, especially if coming to classes regularly or working with me 1-1 - tell me they feel as though they have come home to themselves. They feel vibrant and life begins to feel aligned, even on the hard days.
