What to expect at our free online retreat this weekend!

In this two-hour Pilates Retreat, we will begin with a Guided Meditation to ground the mind and body.

Next we will work through Positive Intention Setting including exploring your own Health & Wellbeing needs for the coming year.

We will then take to the Mat for an hour of Pilates focused on creating balance in the pelvis and release and ease in the spine so that your Posture is noticeably improved.

To round up our session we will Journal together and discuss our focus areas for 2022.

What you will need:
A mat (we love these ones on Amazon)
A notebook & pen
A cup of your favourite tea or water
An overball (you can buy these on Amazon here)
2 x light weights / bottles of water (you can buy weights on Amazon here)
Light a candle and play some relaxing music from Apple Music or Spotify

⭐Eat as you like - remember food is a celebration, not a punishment. It doesn't need to be earnt.

⭐Do what makes you happy, not what you feel pressured to do
⭐If social gatherings become overwhelming, don't feel bad about taking some time out
