Fantastic morning at Ashton Court parkrun with 5KYW. 31 of us turned up to walk, run and drink coffee, the most we have ever had.
Lots of cake including brownies, hazelnut and chocolate cake, Victoria sponge and lemon drizzle. 🧁🥮🍰

🤔Had to double check but Saturday is definitely July's 5KYW day.
🌤 Firstly everyone's hottest subject.... Saturday's weather, according to the Met Office, it will be a sunny 21° with a gentle westerly breeze with gusts upto 22mph. 🌬
🤧UV and Pollen will be high. Please use sunscreen and take any antihistamines.
💧Keep Hydrated.
⚽️ I am unaware of any sporting or other events that will affect us.
🥵Remember, you don't have to do the full 5k and you certainly don't have to run.
🅿️ Please be prompt for our 8.30 meet up.
🏖 It's holiday season so if you are unable to be at Ashton Court on Saturday you can still be active for 5KYW.
