Gyms reclosing, working from home again, cold weather drawing in. Make sure you look after your health and mental well-being this lock down with some exercise. You don't even need to be able to swing a cat in your home, just grab a mat and get moving.

Yoga is a great way to improve running form, aid recovery and prevent injury. These classes will help you increase your stability, strength and flexibility. The sequence of poses taught are tailored to help runners build a good balance between flexibility and stability, focusing on areas which are often imbalanced in runners.
