Feeling grey on a Monday? ☁️
If exercise in some capacity isn’t a part of your Monday routine, then you are setting yourself up to stay in that negative headspace.
Lift weights.
Go for a run.
Walk the dog.
Anything that is positively leading to a healthier body and mind.
In most cases, exercise could be the answer to your problems and if you find and do something you love, it won’t feel like a chore.

Bulking up and building muscle takes time and commitment.
Jay came to me wanting to build confidence in training and technique, as well as putting on size and muscle mass.
Structuring a Monday-Friday program, fitting around his time commitments, meant that Jay could train every body part, which he hadn’t previously trained and built up the strength in previously injured, weaker parts of the body.
Technique refining and the learning of new movement patterns, allowed Jay to progressively overload each week and train hard and with intent.
He’s already put on a large amount of muscle mass, but I think there’s still plenty more to come from Jay and I’m excited to see how far he can go 💪🏻

Sleep. You’re nailing your exercise routine and your diet is starting to come together, but are you prioritising a good night sleep also?
Sleep 🛏 is where our body’s and mind recovers, allowing us to perform well in the following day.
It is where we experience muscle repair and release vital hormones which help in growth and help in suppressing hunger.
If you struggle getting your 7-9 hours in, then here is some tips. 😴
- Ensure the room is dark, with no emitting lights or electronics on.
- Try not to eat a large meal within a few hours of bedtime. A full stomach can make it uncomfortable to try and sleep.
- Stay active throughout the day, with a consistent exercise routine.
- Aim to have a consistent bedtime routine, waking up and going to sleep at similar times.
- Avoid using your phone 1 hour before you go to sleep.
Whether it’s for energy, your mental health, assisting in fat loss or to aid muscle growth, you can start trying to implement some of these strategies to help consistently hit your 8 hours of sleep a night and improve the quality of your sleep 💤

✨✨ Client Testimonial ✨✨
12 weeks working together, 14lbs of weight lost and a mindset change allowing Liam to return to playing football.
Beginning an exercise routine doesn’t just cause physical changes to your body, but also can help to improve your mental state.
Through losing weight, getting stronger and fitter and improving Liams self-confidence, he went back to playing 90 minutes of football each week, after not playing for a few months.
He set 5k running PBs and went from a 35kg x 5 Squat to a 100kg x 5, over the 12 weeks, having never set foot in a gym before. This was due to Liam’s passion and commitment, as well as always being willing to learn and seeking to improve each and every week.
I can’t wait to see what Liam has in store for the future 💪🏻
