Very proud to be a City fan tonight.

It was a bit of a free hit in that all we had to do was enjoy the occasion, that we did. The Gate was rocking and the players put on a really good show against one of the best teams in the world.

I’ve sung my heart out and had a smile on my face all day. That’s what it’s all about.

Pleased to see that has signed a new three and a half year contract.

Quietly getting on with his business, he’s replaced an absolute stalwart with seemingly little fuss or bother.

Perhaps a small lack of quality on some of the deliveries into the box but all in all, a very solid performance. Some might even say dominant.

Just as context for anyone wondering why this has happened, Hummell’s UK kit distributor, Elite Sports Group, went into administration meaning the supply chain of kits was massively disrupted. Hence why you may have noticed the lack of kits on sale.

On the shirt front though, I love it. Think it’s proper smart.

Not our most complete performance last night but I’m pretty pleased with it overall. Still unbeaten this year and we did have some quality chances hitting the woodwork twice.

I’d go as far to say it might have done us some good in the long term, brings a few feet back down to earth.

Really pleased with how we played out todays game.

Bagged our goal early on and went on to deal with anything they threw at us with little fuss. All whilst having a few more decent chances of our own. I don’t think they were a bad side either…

Another goal for Sykesy but Tanner was my man of the match.
