When- Monday 5.15pm-6.10pm starting new month Monday 4th November 2024 Β£40 for the 4 weeks.
Who- suitable for all- Mat Pilates
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a fundamental movement program that gives a full body workout incorporating all planes of movement through the body.
Done correctly, it is safe and effective for all injuries, restrictions, pre/post natal and for a complete beginner to an advanced athlete.
We focus on breath work, facilitating movement, ease of movement, control, co-ordination, muscle activation, posture and injury prevention in a relaxed, safe environment.
I have been teaching movement for over 25 years and have been a certified STOTT Mat Pilates teacher since 2016.
I have worked in Bristol, Cardiff, Tetbury, Devon teaching workshops, 121 and group sessions.
I have also worked overseas in the UAE, Dubai in 2017-2020 as a Pilates & Barre instructor working with hundreds of wonderful clients at all levels and capabilities.
I have a deep understanding of injuries having been a professional dancer myself, so understand the importance of form and looking after your body.
Weekly Pilates sessions avoid you seeing the physio/chiro, give you more energy & focus.
You will start to feel stronger, & out of pain. Pilates clients also see an improvement in their sleep, mental health & make you take accountability of your own lifestyle.
