This is a big one… another artifical grass project completed in Long Ashton. ❇️

A very happy client at the effort and finish which has gone into there requirements.

85m2 of Bodrom artificial grass laid.

This consisted of 16 Tonnes of aggregates as a sub-base for under-footing and drainage.

We laid a heavy duty membrane on top to prevent any w**ds making surface again.

We even re-dig there plants in as feature on the side of the boundary.

This project was completed within a turnaround time of 3 days.

Our supplier has a very quick lead time on supplying us even next day delivery..

Here we have our Lawrence Hill renovation project.. the finish line has been reached.

We carried out the carpentry internal works, flooring, under-stairs storage and new kitchen! 🔨

Here we have our most recent landscaping project in Horfield.. what a finish!

Tonne and a 1/2 of mixed soil removed, leveled out and w**ds/roots taken out. ✅

Our new sub base of chippings to dust and sharp sand laid to for our drainage and underfoot along side our heavy duty w**d membrane. ✅

New feather edge fence formed at top of garden to enclose garden for seating area. ✅

New concrete pad laid to make use for seating area. ✅

To finish off and really transform the garden we laid Vienna 43mm Artifical Grass ❇️

Our client was extremely grateful and happy at the transformation of there garden after a much needed revamp!

Recent project carried out in Long Ashton.

Client wanted to achieve more sun within there garden for the warmer months.

We created a raised decking system which was waterproof to accommodate there internal storage in the future.

An existing client had called us back to create and modernise there staircase with some understairs storage.

- Shaker Style doors created and made to suit.

- Handrail and spindles sanded back and glossed to freshen up.

Our Carpentry contract in Lawrence Hill has begun. Great progress and effort from all involved highly appreciated.🔨

Shaker panel kitchen completed over the last few days, what a difference. As to be expected on old houses with level issues it wasn’t a straight run, but the outcome was how we always anticipate.

We haven’t posted for awhile.. plenty more to come over the month but here is our most recent one. 🪚

Here we have a double extension which was built for our client a few years back but had failed building control sign off due to a 3” step into new extension from previous builders.

We stepped in to rectify the problem and even modernise there open plan ground floor.!🙏🏻

- Kitchen removed and secured.

- Floating floor created to accommodate required height.

- Existing kitchen re-fitted and worktops.

- New 68m2 of 14mm engineered Oak Parque flooring laid throughout ground floor.

- New skirtings and boxing in of services.

- Painting touch up and skirtings glossed.

A very pleased customer. ✅

Fascia replacement job undertaken today in Bedminster.

Existing timber fascia board was rotten and no good.

Removed and replaced with white PVC Fascia board with existing gutter made good and re-instated. Simple but effective!

Our re-roof project in Filton completed this week. Busy couple of days for the team!

Roof was in need of a serious update, after multiple leaks and years of problems within the property.

- Removal of existing felt, batten and tiles.

- New breathable felt, batten, eaves/felt support trays on.

- Existing tiles laid back on new roof.

- New dry ridge system fitted on both hips and ridge using existing ridge tiles.

- New lead flashings around chimney stack.
