Ashley Reserves took the lead early on with an unlucky own goal but Helios continued to fight back well into the second half with a well deserved goal built up by brilliant play in the midfield finished with a strikers touch where the goalie had no chance.

Saturday was a bad day at the office as Helios FC lost 5-0 against Bengal Tigers FC

With Bengal getting a referee last minute it was almost written in the stars for Bengal before the ref blew the whistle for kick off.

Helios suffered a blow with an injury late in the First Half to our captain which saw us play the remainder of the game with no subs.

Credit to our goalie stepping in the cover our number 1 who minus the result done the best he could do.

We go again Saturday for what will hopefully be a Helios result

Helios FC are set to take on Bengal Tigers FC in a 5th v 6th table clash with both teams level on 15 points only separated by goal difference.

With no surprise this weekends fixture V Jersey Rangers FC Has been called off by the park rangers. Helios FC currently sit in playing 10 matches in the league making us the most postponed fixture in the division.

Hopefully the weather is on our side for next weekend.

Helios FC are due to take on Clifton vale in the league this Saturday but with no surprise due to the weather the park rangers have called off all matches for this weekend due to the pitches being submurged in water. A latter fixture will be arranged.

Let’s hope we get our chance to get back to winning ways next weekend and push our way out of division 3
