We are very excited to announce our training camp in sunny Lanzarote from March 22nd - 28th.
The camp will focus on CrossFit Fitness, making it an excellent boost block for anyone planning to compete over the summer. Sessions will include training in the gym, trail running, swimming, and road biking up the volcanic mountains.
The camp is set up to provide unique challenges whilst having a tough but very enjoyable training week under the Spanish sun!

🎄 We’re excited to bring everyone together for a Pre-Christmas training day. It’ll be a great chance to connect, work hard, and sharpen our skills.
*Goal of the day*: To add new tools to the toolbox and sharpen those already. We’ll focus on skill development, when to change gears in a workout and touch-ups on gymnastics and weightlifting. Expect a big day.

Sport is speed. Speed is sport.
There are nearly no examples in sport where moving faster is a bad thing. Whether you are trying to hit something further - travel faster - hit harder, shift greater weight or change direction: speed is king in sport.
It is a futile exercise to measure and applaud a greater range of motion or joint stability, celebrating a mobility improvement or an increase in strength output, without a well laid plan to utilise the “improvements”.
In sport we move fast or lose. End of.
There are many offerings that provide a mobility fix, a strength fix, a stability fix, a mindset of steel, all of which miss the point and in their own right create most of the problems for athletes in sporting performance.
The fundamental of all sport is speed, Your functional measure has to start here. Work back from speed - give context to stability, mobility and strength. That’s the most advanced and most important aspect of program design.
It is simply not good enough to have the sole intention of getting stronger, it is a gross misunderstanding of sporting application and the athletes deserve better.
