This session has been created for complete beginners, with no previous ballet experience at all!

The class starts with some pilates based ballet exercises on the floor to activate muscles and then move onto learning the basics of ballet technique. We will learn all positions and terms from the start!

This class is a fitness session, however slightly slower paced, still aiming to increase heart rate and tone muscles learning the beautiful art form of ballet.

All ages welcome!

Trial sessions available after the summer holidays- 5th September.

Please just contact [email protected] or 07751812701 for any more info and to book your space!!
