For anyone curious, this is why we do aikido... Mondays (7pm), Thursdays (8pm) and two Sundays a month... The practice is at All Hallows and (unfortunately) not on a beach in Ethiopia but still the idea is the same... Come along.

We just had our first class with Bonnivert Sensei. It was wonderful, clear and dynamic. I really hope as many people as possible can make it this weekend, you really won't regret it!!!
