The boy and the umbrella
I heard a powerful story recently that Iโve kept thinking about since.
Itโs a simple parable about having faith in outcomes.
A village is in the middle of a long drought. Crops are dying and people are desperate.
They call the whole community together to pray for rain.
The next day everyone gathers, eyes fixed on the sky...

Iโve been speaking to a lot of people this week who are ready for a bit of a reset.
Whether it's because of juggling childcare and work during the summer holidays or just a time of year when habits have been thrown off track.
It can be really easy for exercise to slip.
Eating to be all over the place.
And routine to go out the window.
