Can we all just take a moment to appreciate the hard work and dedication this took.
This is what 2 years of consistency looks like.
From eating takeaways regularly β meal prepping on Sundays.
From no exercise β weight training 5x a week.
From lounging β walking to and from work, every day.
6 stone down β but the real transformation isnβt just the weight loss.
Itβs the habits. The discipline. The lifestyle shift.
Same person.
Different choices.
Completely different life.
