SF100 taken a little harder than my usual AEB-L cheffies, and ground to a lovely laser profile. Handle is saffa leadwood, copper and maple burl. This piece was made on commission and as such is not available.

15n20/1095 Damascus fricky, G10 and apple burl handle, UK carry friendly. Not available, but more folders coming sooooooooon

Full stainless ni mai gyuto. 270mm, cpm154 core with African Blackwood and kyrinite wa. Dreamy slicer. Made on commission, so sadly not available 🙌

Puuko in VG10 full stainless San mai, with dyed apple tree burl, kyrinite and 12c27m handle. In a traditional veg tan and pine sheath. Not available.

Finito. Absolute laser, slicin and dicin awaits the new owner of this badboy. 3mm AEB-L down to about 0.15mm BTE at 60hrc. Red apple burl, stabilised of course and a stainless ferrule. Available
