💜⭕️💥😎 Heatwave hooping continues - and we want to say a massive well done to our Powerhoop community of instructors, class members and home hoopers for all they are doing this week

👉🏻 Instructors are adapting Powerhoop class workouts to make them easier and more appropriate for the heat

⭕️ Extra fans are being used, or classes are moving outside

❄️ Iced drinks and ice lollies are definitely being enjoyed before, during and after class

🏡Our army of home hoopers are choosing the coolest parts of the day and the shadiest spots of their homes and gardens to get their daily 15-minutes hoop fix done

👏 Most importantly-everyone has the option to do what suits them best, including the choice to sit this week out - it's a week to listen to your body!

⛱️We would love to be hooping on a beach today, but in MUCH cooler temperatures for sure - just like our instructor Amy on her recent UK staycation in this photo!
