This is what a lot of people forget if doesn't happen over night and working Monday to Friday and then go on bender for the weekend. To see good results you need discipline and consistency.

Sharing my transformation.ππͺ so the right side in was 103kg. I still trained almost everyday always pushing myself but the big problem for me was being accountable for my nutrition. Once you have someone keeping track of you so when you have your check ins you got to explain yourself π so once I started be sensible with my food having a balance diet I drop down to 89kg so over 14kg drop π³. It doesn't happen over night this is a 8 month. Slow progress is always better π.
