Free weekly walks and runs for women across the UK - welcoming, inclusive and designed so no one ever feels left behind. What began in 2014 as social running for mums has grown into friendly, low-pressure communities across the UK where women can feel supported, build confidence and enjoy being active together. Our main thing is simple: free weekly runs, led by brilliant volunteers, where everyone is welcome and no one is ever left behind. Runs are relaxed, chatty and designed to help you feel comfortable whether you run regularly, you’re returning after a break, or you’re thinking about running for the very first time. • Turn up and run (or run-walk) at a pace that feels good for you

Every local run group is also supported by friendly Facebook and WhatsApp communities, so if you want to build your confidence first, you can just hang out there - read posts, ask questions, get to know people and join in when you’re ready.
