Here's my January timetable, starting next Weds 6th at 7pm (having a few days off now). Hoping it will run until 24th Jan, and maybe into the following week, but we'll have to see if baby decides to make an early appearance / make my life difficult...

As we are plunged into Tier 3, here's my online Christmas timetable for those of you that want to keep moving over the festive period. Drop me a message if you need the Zoom password.

Starting Thurs Nov 5th, here's my new online timetable! All classes on Zoom Meeting ID 487-702-5622 - send me a message if you need the password.

Since Les Mills haven't given permission to teach their classes online, I'll be teaching my own freestyle versions of Balance and Pump. I'm open to song ideas, so send requests my way!

I'm back from hols and ready to teach my first classes back at Virgin Streatham this week!

Online classes restart tomorrow morning, though I also have a few days off next week so no classes Sunday 9th - Thursday 13th. After that I'm around forever...

A reminder that I am taking a holiday from midday on Friday 24th July to Saturday 1st August. BodyBalance will run on the 24th, but not lunchtime Pilates. Classes will resume on Sunday August 2nd, with a new timetable to be announced later this week.

Please note that, for insurance reasons, there will be no more live-stream classes on Facebook. However, there are already 50 classes on this page which will remain available, and they are also archived at www.hayleycrosspilates.com/online. Feel free to use these classes in my absence next week, too!

After a week using very little equipment, just a heads-up that we're going 'creative' again this week in Pilates classes.

Tuesday and Wednesday: A wall that you can stand against and see me! A wall is preferable, but a door would be OK if it opens in the opposite way from which you'd be leaning against it (i.e. you won't accidentally fall through the door by leaning on it!).

Friday: small Pilates ball

Sunday: a pole (bamboo cane, broom handle, Velux window opener... ideally something solid around 1.5m long but a resistance band will do if you don't have anything suitable). I have lots of spare canes if you need to borrow one.

A small but significant update to my permanent timetable: an extra BodyPump (Thurs 07:45) and BodyAttack (Sun 09:00) starting from now!

All classes are on Zoom, Tuesday and Friday Pilates are also streamed on Facebook Live, and all Pilates classes are archived on my website.
