Our meeting this week was a games night Hosted by Mark & Lewis. Members competed against eachother in Pull the Pig and Human Hungry Hippos! It was great fun and certainly burnt off lots of energy!

Congratulations to a some of the Brockenhurst members who travelled the distance to compete at the South England show in Stockjudging to represent Hampshire! Kelsie, Ivy & Lewis all did an amazing job at representing our club and area and are an absolute credit to us. We also managed to get some placing in the area competition with our creative entries! So the prizes go to for Brock and Hampshire at South of England show

Last nights meeting we welcomed Grace from Hampshire to hold an evening all about communication. The members enjoyed some activities about communication and lots of helpful information and tips on how we communicate with each other. 🗣️👂👀

We made it into the YFC Friday favs!

For this weeks meeting we headed over to New Forest Aquaphonics 🐟

Members learnt about the different species of fish, frogs and eels that they keep and breed. We also got to have a go at weaving with brambles, to make a natural barrier for compost- a great skill to learn!

Part 2 🏃

Congratulations to all that took part in the Brockenhurst fun run 2026. Organised by a group of young members for our President Challenge, it was a great event. Members picked the theme Spring time and did not disappoint with the outfits! The sight of seeing Bananas, farm animals and literally a Spring run around the New forest Showground was certainly a different one! They’ve raised a great amount of money and had a good day! Thank you to for allowing us special access to the ground, the goodie bags and to all the parents who joined in and supported the event. Here is part 1 of the day!
