Resistance training has so many benefits and it is also never too late to start!

We’ve tried to fit exercise in after work (some just want to get home, it’s been a long day)
Question is though, does it become easier to fit exercise in the longer we leave it? 🤔
I’ve seen it over and over again, we get busier and busier and as we age, to make that change we want becomes harder also.
